Charities

We are a group of machine knitters located all over the world who get together on our email list, located at Yahoogroups ~ http://www.yahoogroups.com ~ and discuss our love of knitting and help and support each other through our knitting trials and tribulations.

This project came about over one comment by one of our knitters regarding a hand-knitting Mystery Afghan. Well, as we all know, on an email list, one thing leads to another and our project was born.

There will be two squares a month and they will be uploaded to the Files area of Knittingmachines@yahoogroups.com and up here on the Needlemarket.

Many of our knitters wished to have a list of charities so they could donate their afghans to people less fortunate, so there is a list of charities that would welcome such donations here and again, in the Files area of Knittingmachines@yahoo.com
